This design will hold ear lobe plugs pairs and tunnels up to 1 3/4 inch gauge in the 2 pockets provided and all of your barbells, belly bars, industrials, twisters, conch jewelry etc.

The stretch elastic security straps hold all shaped jewelry safely in place from 16G to 3/8" and the wallet folds over to fasten shut with a sturdy velcro strap.
